At Mini Thinkers we pride ourselves on providing high-quality education through a progressive and structured approach to early learning. We consistently commit to providing inspiring experiences for the children in our care and implement a collaborative approach to achieve positive outcomes for our children, families and staff.

 

Our curriculum is delivered to suit the needs and interests of our children and includes a combination of play-based, skills-based and intentional teaching experiences.  We have low ratios, excellent professional development opportunities, a generous resources budget and a supportive team.  All of our teachers receive an iPad, a minimum of 3 hours non-contact per week and highly competitive remuneration that is well above standard rates.

 

At Mini Thinkers we believe that positive leadership ensures our staff feel valued and are willing to commit to a shared vision.  Our culture encompasses a high degree of collaboration, ongoing support and pathways for development.  We also provide teachers with the autonomy to use their professionalism and we work together to achieve ‘best practice’.  We are very proud of the results from our recent (anonymous) survey that showed 95/95 parents rated their “overall experience at Mini Thinkers” a 9 or 10 (out of 10).
